Parties and subject
The provider is Trendgit Global Solutions Ltd (Company No. 17129807). The customer is the account holder placing the order. The agreement concerns the time-limited allocation of an SMS verification number with the selected country, service, duration and total price shown in the order screen.
Formation and records
Before an order creates a payment obligation, the customer can review the pre-contract information, this agreement, the chosen service and the total price. The agreement is formed by electronic confirmation. The applicable version and order records are retained for the period required by law and may be available through the account or a durable communication method.
Performance
Once live price and availability are confirmed, the number is allocated electronically and the service begins immediately. The number is allocated only for the relevant order during the displayed period; ownership is not transferred.
Price and payment
The amount shown before confirmation is the applicable service amount, including any applicable taxes. Available balance may be used for SMSKap services. Transfer and other payment methods are subject to the instructions shown in the payment screen.
Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
Operational cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the Refund Policy and order rules. For digital services performed immediately, any statutory withdrawal-right exception applies only where the necessary prior information and explicit consent have been obtained. Rights arising from defective performance or mandatory consumer law remain reserved.
Liability and disputes
SMSKap remains responsible for its own defective performance and duties that cannot legally be excluded. The customer remains responsible for unlawful use, incorrect selection and third-party platform decisions. The law of England and Wales applies, subject to the UK consumer and data-protection framework where applicable and to mandatory rights and remedies available to consumers in their place of residence.
