Parties, acceptance and eligibility
These terms are between Trendgit Global Solutions Ltd and the person creating or using an SMSKap account. By completing the required acceptance at registration or purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the referenced policies. The service is available only to people aged 18 or older who have legal capacity to contract.
Service scope
Subject to live availability, SMSKap allocates a time-limited SMS verification number for the selected service and country and displays received SMS content in the order screen. Ownership of a number is not transferred. Pricing, availability and delivery timing may change at the point of order.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking that your intended use is lawful, respects third-party rights and complies with the rules of the relevant platform. You are responsible for your service and country selection, account security and actions taken through your account.
Prohibited use
- Fraud, identity theft, unauthorised access, account takeover or deceptive account creation.
- Spam, harassment, unlawful trade, money laundering, sanctions breaches or other unlawful activity.
- Infringement of personal data, intellectual property or other third-party rights.
- Security bypass, unauthorised automation, reverse engineering or abuse of availability and pricing systems.
Third-party platforms
SMSKap does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept a number, open or maintain an account, deliver a code or apply unchanged security rules. Third-party decisions and policies remain outside SMSKap's control.
Balance, orders and refunds
Available balance is not a cash account or deposit; it is for payment for SMSKap services. Review the selected service, country, live price and availability before confirming an order. Eligible operational cancellations and refunds are returned to the SMSKap balance under the applicable refund rules. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Legal framework, records and disputes
We may pause an order or restrict an account where there is a breach, security risk, suspected fraud, authority request or payment dispute. Electronic acceptances and service records may be retained and used to resolve disputes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Where applicable, the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002 and Companies Act 2006 inform our obligations and records. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections or remedies that apply in your place of residence.
