Programme scope
The programme gives an approved SMSKap customer a defined pricing rate for independently serving its own customers. The reseller contracts with and supports its own customers; SMSKap does not create a direct contract with those customers.
Application and approval
Reseller applications are submitted online through the customer panel. Applications are reviewed by SMSKap administration based on sales volume, business model, and account security. Reseller benefits and custom discount rates become active upon administrative approval.
Pricing rate
The approved account receives the percentage discount set by administration against the standard SMSKap selling price at the time of order. The rate is not a fixed number price, stock guarantee or a benefit that can be combined with first-order promotions or another pricing advantage.
Reseller responsibilities
- Handle your own customer pricing, information, invoicing and after-sales support.
- Offer services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with platform rules and SMSKap Terms of Use.
- Keep accurate records and handle claims, disputes, refunds and losses arising from your own activity or customers.
- Do not present SMSKap's name, brand or materials as an official agency, partnership or representation without permission.
Restriction and termination
Reseller status or pricing may be suspended or ended for misuse, misleading information, payment or security risk, legal breach, contract breach or operational need. This does not create a separate refund commitment for existing balance or completed orders, subject to mandatory law.
